Stayed for five days with my wife. Beds were being cozy and the room was constantly clean. Staff members have been extremely handy and pleasant and constantly made us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious and also the closet. Bathroom have been clean and the shower was good. Not a super social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.

Assuming that you are travelling to Scarborough you should reserve a room here. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the rooms are very clean. In general everything was professional and friendly.
